For each clinic, a pivotal step in their workflow was the shipment of clinic-related items, including an Android tablet with a specialized application installed. This Android application seamlessly connected to the Oracle Service Cloud and AWS Cloud, retrieving crucial patient details for upcoming flu shot appointments within the enterprise.
