Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute on the account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential, through managing complete and complex sales-cycles
  • Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce, while creating satisfied customers
  • Provide value proposition, business benefits and vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Presenting to C-level executives and other senior decision-makers
  • Generate leads and opportunities through outbound, strategic & targeted prospecting into mid-market & enterprise organizations
  • Pipeline management and management of complete and complex sales-cycles
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets of qualified opportunities
  • Multi-channel follow-up to help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities


  • 5+ years experience in sales/business development background
  • 2 to 3 years selling CRM application, integration and consulting services
  • 1 to 2 years selling Salesforce application and integration services
  • Experience in building relationships with Salesforce account teams
  • Experience with inbound contact centers using CRM
  • Experience in positioning and selling consulting projects and services on a large scale
  • Strong track record of success in prospection and hunting new business
  • Strong ability to identify & qualify new sales opportunities
  • Ability to conduct strategic, business-focused conversations with C-level executives
  • Strong desire to work in sales & build a career in Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references preferred
  • Team player and ability to work in a high energy sales environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, tech savvy and ambitious - you want a career, not a job
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or one or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
